It is obvious that they listened to your wants and needs when trying to help you find a house. They are very professional and know their business but also super nice and easy to talk to and work with! We retained Rose as seller's agent in the November holiday season - not the best time to list a residential property for sale. Rose found a buyer and facilitated a signed offer/acceptance within the first week of listing. Both buyer and seller were very pleased with the deal that was consumated. We could not have been more pleased with the service Rose provided throughout the entire process.
